If you are not happy with the things you bought, you can return them to me. If they are still in the condition I sent them to you, I'll give you a refund on your purchase and initial shipping costs. However, you'll have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
If an order doesn't arrive with the buyer within 30 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to extreme weather or political events), I will re-send a replacement order at my expense, but this will only happen once. After that, it's a loss for both of us, and we'll just have to jointly curse the post office.
